Formatting a disk.
When you format a disk, you divide the disk into areas and sectors. When you format a disk all the data on the disk would be erased. So make sure that you have a copy of all the files that you don't want to be erased when you format the disk.
What does Defregmentation means?
Defregmentation means rearranges the files and free space on your computer so that files are opened more quickly. If you are doing defregmentation for the first time it is good idea to do it either before leaving home for an outing or before you sleep.
Compressed folders.
When we compressed file it is much fastest to be transfared to other computers.
Scandisk checks your disk for any errors and faults.

A computer virus are programs that disturbs the normal operation of a computer. To prevent computer viruses we should have an Antivirus programs. The Antivirus program should be updated regulary to be kept up to data against latest viruses
